Great workmanship for a suitable price! Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Greg and his other mechanic done a great job on my car. Will definitely go back, only people i can trust with my BMW.
Very bad experience with them. Charged me $1265 to fix a coolant leak problem, but still leaking now and even worse than before. Afraid to take car back to them as they will say that more part replacements are needed. Now I have to find another mechanic fix it again.
First time using their service but unlikely to go back. The fuel consumption of my car increased by 20% immediately after the service which is hard to comprehend with common sense. Worse still, they forgot to reset the computer upon completion of service. will not recommend.
This place is a major rip-off. I took my car for service, specifically for oil service and changing the cooling system hoses. When I went in the morning he quoted me $1200. 2 hours later, he called and said there were a few other items, if all are addressed it would cost $7000. I told him I just wanted to do the cooling hoses and oil and filter change. This time he jacked up his quote to $2300. I advised him that I will pick my car up without repair. He charged me $200 for the inspection.I took my car to another mechanic who replaced cooling hosed, did the full oil service, and on top of that replaced my alternator. All that for $1250. That's $1050 less than what Peter Mabey was going to charge me.I live within walking distance to this garage, and I would have happily paid a few hundred dollars extra for the convenience, but this guy is a big time rip-off merchant. I will never go back there again.
Excellent small garage that solely looks after BMW's.The person who services the car is the one who talks to you about your car.I have been using them for about two years on my 5 series, have been very impressed and have not encountered any problems. I was particularly pleased when I needed some emergency work two days before Christmas and Greg fitted me in.
