My wife and I met Rosie today with our 17month old. Wowser what a helpful sales person, knowledgeable kind and sincere. I felt like Id stepped back to my childhood when sales people truly cared how you spent your money. Very happy very impressed and frankly my wife has a smile from ear to ear. Not sure what the negative reviewers experienced.
Unfortunately I walked out of the shop a few weeks ago. As I couldn't see my size I grabbed another size and walked to the counter to enquire if they could order this colour/model in my size. Before I had a chance to ask my question the rude saleslady said I got the wrong size and should look properly. Needless to say I just walked out. Shame, because the swimmers are fantastic.

Ok!!!! Went to shop yesterday after Website clearly states open till 5pm!!! They were closed at 4pm!!! Phoned today being Sunday, and had the pleasure of an extremely rude lady who corrected me saying that the website states 4pm and when I questioned it she kindly hung up on me!!! So you have just lost yourself a good sale today and I will be sure to pass on your quality customer service!!! Well lack of it!!!! Jessica
