My partner has been seeing Dr Kong for many years. His previous Theresa was "amazing" ( my partners words) and she would always come back from the appointment very happy with how she was treated. Theresa no longer works in his practice and since then my partner has been treated so rudely and " off hand" that she is considering going elsewhere. I sent an email which was not returned for 3 days with the promise that the staff will be spoken toI run my own business so know the importance of good customer service - let's hope for Dr Kong that his staff can be trained to treat his patients in a more courteous manner
