I have grown physically and mentally since training with Performance Playground. Seriously, leaps and bounds. I feel the important in my fitness and mobility everyday. The trainers there are top notch. The Squad are for friends for life.
Since I started training with performance playground Ive gained so much functional strength, mobility, awareness and an overall better understanding of how my body functions. Ive learned how to do movements on the rings I never thought Id be able to bust out. James and Fran are genuinely positive, fun people. The crew we train with have all become friends, and I look forward to each session. We constantly have honest conversations about what my goals are, and they help get me there. Very very hard to find that in the fitness industry. Love yall!
