Am in the throws of renovating and have visited a few bathroom shops in St Leonards/Crows Nest area at which time I received little or no help from staff but lots of pressure to buy! Then I had the good fortune of discovering Bathroomware House in Crows Nest and things took a turn for the best. The Manager Gavin and his staff member Cindy gave me all their time to choose the best products. For Gavin, nothing was too much trouble and his advice on lots of ideas was invaluable. He also delivered the heavy products himself to avoid breakages from courier delivery. The shop itself has a very relaxing vibe and they stock the latest gear and their prices are very reasonable compared to other bathroom shops. If you are thinking of renovating - don't even contemplate going elsewhere! You won't be disappointed. Thank you Gavin and Cindy for all your efforts. Cath Stokes

Staff initially appeared friendly but were impatient and made it clear the end of their work day was approaching. Whilst I appreciate a punctual home time is very important, being repeatedly reminded of this was somewhat irritating as I was well aware of the time and wanted to complete the order as quickly as possible.There was some confusion and frustation over the discounted prices quoted by the online team and the higher prices being quoted in store but after some discussion the lowest quote was honoured.Having said that the products arrived promptly and accurately and I received a call to notify me they were ready for collection which was much appreciated.
