Great food and nicely cooked. We were delayed in getting our food but the staff kept us well informed of the time line. We had nice service and loved the decor.
I m glad I will not need to go all the way to Harris Park for Authentic Indian Food going fwd. Food at Malabar is REALLY YUM. Malabar has decent space, courteous staff and super tasty and freshly cooked food. Loved dosa and pappudums. :)
I travel nearly 50minutes one way just to have Malabar South Indian Food. It is divine and I cant fault it. The food comes out quickly and the service is remarkable from the time you set foot into the restaurant til the time you leave. The waiter Ben is so helpful and always has a smile on his face. It is the best Indian Restaurant I have been to. I cant say my favourite dish because everything taste so good.You must go try it and I can guarantee you wont walkaway disappointed.
They accommodated us on very short notice for a business dinner of 40+ upstairs...While a slow start initially the Team at the place stepped up to the challenge and delivered great service and food. The young lads did a great job keeping up with 40 people eating and drinking over business...Kudos ! The food is great and tasty...won't disappoint ! Enjoy !
Good service, adequate portions and great quality authentic flavors of south india.If it were up to me I would want to see 90% of the so-called Indian restaurants menus found abroad converted to South Indian style cuisine.These dishes are complex and delicate, which is why its so rare to find South Indian restaurants abroad.Malabar has nailed it. If I lived in Australia I would eat here several times a week.Thank you for a great experience !
