If I could rate this 0 stars i would, this cafe use to be fantastic until some new staff ( one young girl in particular) who is incredibly rude and has made me dread getting my morning coffee. On top of this I have recently notice that my coffee has been regularly burnt leaving me wasting my money most mornings with a terrible tasting coffee. Usually I would complain directly to the cafe but due to the rude staff I feel uncomfortable doing so.i hope this issue is amended accordingly so i can start enjoying my morning coffee each morning.

Amazing cafe with amazing staff and owners. I come to the nest cafe 5 days a week for the past 2 years and not once have been disappointed.
The Nest Cafe is absolutely brilliant. The Food is excellent, The Coffee is amazing and The Customer Service is beyond amazing. The staff make my morning evreyday. They absolutely go out and beyond to offer great service. Thank you for all your hard work!
Not impressed. 3 coffees and 3 croissants purchased (takeaway). Waited patiently to see how long before I got my order. 4 people (takeaway) came (after me!) got theirs and left. I had to ask where were my coffees. Those came and left might have been small orders or regular customers still I ordered mine FIRST, Customer Service?!? (and my money) should be as important as those regular customers?!? I did tell you this verbally. I also think it should be recorded here for people to see.I have to agree with Mac's review. Customer service?!? Excuses wouldn't improve your service. "4 people" that's not quite a "human error". It's a poor customer service. Accept this constructive criticism and improve it.
