STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!I had a missing key on my laptop keyboard and they have deleted all my files from the laptop!! They didn't offer any help, didn't even say sorry!! The guy just laughed at me and he said "You need to back up your files"!! Outrageous....
I highly recommend EQG Computers in Crows Nest. The friendly service from Wingo and staff was always of the highest standard and he recovered all my documents which I thought had been lost forever after my laptop crashed. This was done in only a few days and so I was not without my laptop for very long. He regularly updated me on what was happening over the phone which was much appreciated. He also provided me with some parts for the laptop at a great cost so saved me money! Glad to find this business, will not hesitate to call Wingo again should I need any further help with my laptop.
