Previously gave 5 stars but now I changed my opinion. It seemed that the service in the shop was great. However, when the product was delivered, I found they were just friendly but failed to give important information before making a decision. I purchased a Miele washing machine to find out they focused on selling more expensive model without giving fatal information. I already told the sales person this was for newly built unit - they should know what this mean; how water tap would be connected. When the machine delivered, I found I should cut out wall of sink to make a huge hole because of a junk sticking out next to water hose, which never mentioned by sales person. The machine was dumped on hallway of unit, I became so frustrated without knowing what to do with this expensive object. I wonder if they have ever studied what they are selling. After purchasing the product I scored 5 stars because I was so impressed by their friendly service but now I downgrade to 1. I would prefer rude sales person if he/she studies products well and allow me to make informed and proper decision
Got to say that winnings is a well oiled machine that I cant fault. Extremely helpful, from the person who answers the phone and the knowledgeable sales staff right through to the awesome delivery team who turned up on time. All in all a really good experience and Im glad we went with winnings for our new appliances for the reno.
No pressure sales environment, friendly, honest staff. Nunda was excellent at helping us get the right products we were after. I am a tad bit picky with appliances, and she was more than understanding about it, and didn't push something because it was more feature laden; she listened to our three main needs and we worked out what was best. Excellent customer service and great section on display of appliances.
