I like the shop and most pieces of furniture, however some other pieces have gone a bit too far. I definitely like Timothy Doulton lamps and chandeliers and most tables.I find some of the staff a bit uptight.I went to a sales day and the serve amazing cheeses and antipasto with exquisite presentation.
Sales assistant was very helpful, seeking to understand what we were looking for and how it would fit in etc. Then showed us pieces in keeping with our discussion in a very pleasant, patient and non-pushy way. Trade-offs and considerations were talked through in areas of feel, visual impact, technical, resultant mood, and what would be appropriate for matching to get best out of each piece. After selecting items and negotiating a price the purchasing process was easy. Delivery was easy to set up and professional. Happy with purchase and would happily go there again.
The staff at Coco Republic Crows Nest are very helpful! We had a great experience shopping here. The systems had a technical issue the day we were in, but Kristy managed to take down our details and email through a quote first thing in the morning the next day. I think it speaks volumes when a staff member handles a tricky a situation well.
Service is awful, the so called sales assistants were more engrossed in the weekend gossip rather than serving customers. The quality of the furniture was mixed but good unique range. Their candles smell amazing but way too overpriced i.e. same price as Jo Malone?!
