First time buying a bed for me, and I couldnt have gone anywhere better to find the perfect bed! Craig popped me on the Bed Match system which showed a range of options - one of which I ended up buying. His knowledge was extensive, and he easily presented me with a range of options, in a range of prices, brands and makes without bias, based off my terrible descriptions of what I thought I might like in a bed. Quick, easy, and competitive pricing. Ill be coming back and sending everyone I know in for all bedding and pillow needs, no doubt!
We were in the market for a new mattress & some bedside tables yesterday. At Forty Winks Crows Nest we were looked after by the lovely Emily with some passing help from Craig and they helped us find a great mattress. Then we got on to Guy, the store manager. Wow what this man knows about bedding and bedroom furniture is phenomenal! He has spent years working in the industry, is so knowledgeable and obviously loves what he does. We certainly got the 5 Star treatment and couldnt be happier! Highly recommend the whole team as they are all passionate about finding the right product for their clients - no matter how long it takes! Probably deserve 6 stars but thats not an option.
