I tried in vain to veiw a property that we were interested in. I emailed and txt them a few times over a week with no response. Then i called the number on the add and she told me i would have to speak to the office. So i called the office and was told they would call back with an inspection time. Suprise suprise they never called back. PATHETIC!
Lisa is genuine and professional to deal with, it made choosing which rental property to take so much easier as she came across very trustworthy and easy to deal with straight away. We've had a few minor issues with the place but she's solved them in a timely manner. We spoke to so many other agents in different parts of Sydney and found it an absolute nightmare. Thank you Lisa!
