STAY AWAY Casey who iwas recommended by a colleague (I think her name was Julie obviously gets a commission ) recommended a while back Casey who wont take calls and expects reception to take all details and I am thinking that is to determine financial viability do I own a 4 bedroom house or a 1 bedroom unit I am always put on hold for several minutes surely front staff know if she is or not do all real estates only want to deal with people new to the market ????
Terrible account management. Once you sign a contract they practically dissapear and make no effort to communicate with you throughout the lease unless you miss a payment. Would not recommend for landlords and tenants alike.
I have just recently purchased my first investment property through this agency. My agent was David Hill and the service he provided during the process was first class . Jacquie from the property management department secured a tenant in the first week . I have nothing but praise for this real estate company . Luke
How refreshing to deal with an efficient & professional real estate agency. As a tenant, I found the property manager helpful & responsive each time I had to contact them. Great customer service. Would highly recommend.
My complaints about Raine and Horne Crows Nest will take a while to detail. But to summarize. Dont go anywhere near them. It would appear Im not the only one with that view from reading the other reviews and their poor rating. Where do I start?1. Charging me to replace a dishwasher within a week of taking over ownership2. Having the property for weeks on end being unable to tenant it! Reducing the price 3 times and then asking me to reduce the price by 33% from the price the previous tenant paid for 18 months3. The last 3 open houses had no viewers4. The property manager didnt work Saturdays (yes she works in real estate) so a junior was left to show.. 5. When I finally switched agencies leaving it in a state that it needed a professional clean, which should have come out of the previous tenants bond6. Not providing all keys and swipe cards so I had to buy more7. The list goes in but you get the picture.. 8. But the worst thing was the passive aggressive nature of the property manager who wanted me to feel sorry for her that she couldnt tenant my apartment!! Yup seriously. She took no responsibility and just blamed the market. Well if thats the case no places would be rented all all. and while she seemed nice couldnt do her job.. and that cost me thousands. Lack of self awareness is not a good trait in sales. 9. The new real estate agency tenanted the place within a week, no fuss he just got it done for $30 a week more than the previous proprty manager wanted me to drop it to..AVOID AT ALL COSTS
