Terrible service and rip you off.
Very friendly team. Always enjoyable to be greeted with a smile. After that, it's really people dependent for the quality and depth of support or recommendations you get. We came there knowing where we wanted to go but not necessarily fixed on exact dates (within 1 month timeframe) or where we wanted to stay.First person was quite new, a couple of days in, and not very helpful (at all) - kind of like "here's the brochure" then awkward silence - probably because she didnt really know much. But then a more senior colleague, seeing a bit of our dismay, came to help and provided really good advice based on our "checklist". And we're delighted with the final outcome.Also really quick to answer via emails after the initial visit so that's a definite plus if you need to amend, revisit some things ! Same quality of service via phone.
Linden ruined my trip. I mentioned 1000 times that I need 4WD car but after arriving in remote location they said linden booked 2WD for me and not 4WD. Extremely disappointing. Never go to Flight Centre again for anything
