Wouldn't recommend these guys, unless you think a mercedes travelliner "is similar to a citroen jumpy. We hired a vito travelliner (or similar) and when we arrived to pick up our car, found it was a citroen jumpy. We were 9 people travelling around, covering quite a lot of territory. The car only had 3 doors, not 4, no air con in the back (it was during the european heat wave) and no added features. I'm sure they only advertise the Merc to get you in. They know you aren't going to get what you ordered, or similar. They also know there's nothing you can do about it once you are overseas, ready to collect the car. We had to take the car, or forfeit the trip. How neat for them. We did ring, were kept on hold for 40 minutes only to be stonewalled when we got through, them insisting that a citroen jumpy is in the same class as a mercedes vito because it takes 4 bags in the boot. Never gonna use these guys again.
