The Best Chewy Chocolate Chip CookiesServings: 12INGREDIENTS cup sugar cup brown sugar, packed1 teaspoon salt cup butter, melted1 egg1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 cups all-purpose flour teaspoon baking soda4 ounces milk or semi-sweet chocolate chunks4 ounces dark chocolate chunks (or your preference)PREPARATIONIn a large bowl, whisk together the sugars, salt, and butter until a paste has formed with no lumps.Whisk in the egg and vanilla, beating until light ribbons fall off the whisk.Sift in the flour and baking soda, then fold the mixture with a spatula, being careful not to overmix too much. This will cause the gluten in the flour to toughen which will result in cakier cookies.Fold in the chocolate chunks evenly, then chill the dough for at least 30 minutes. For a more intense toffee-like flavor and deeper color, chill the dough overnight. The longer the dough rests, the more complex its flavor will be.Preheat oven to 350F/180C.Scoop the dough with an ice-cream scoop onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, leaving at least 4 inches of space between cookies and 2 inches of space from the edges of the pan so that the cookies can spread evenly.Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges have started to barely brown.Cool completely.Enjoy!
To all those ppl who say we take ur bus seats,You adults don't wanna sit so we just take em. Don't blame us. Also it's a good school; just a bit small. But there is lots of food in the canteen and woolworths around the corner. Also close to St Leonards and North Sydney stations as well as the new Crows Nest Metro.
Love this school. It has a great society and you get to meet a lot of unique and relatble friends.
I currently go to this school and some of the reviews written below are a bit rude and provide incorrect information(according to the present). North Sydney Girls is a great school and even though I only started high school recently, I've already made at least 10 nice, accepting friends. They aren't my friends because of my grades and they don't judge me by how good or bad my grades are. We aren't taught to steal bus or train seats. We are taught to sit down so more people can board if it isn't possible for the public to reach the seats. We are allowed to sit if no members of the public who are standing want to sit or if there are still seats remaining. We also let the public board the buses before us so that they will be able to board.
BEST SCHOOL EVER YOU CAN STUDY FOR YEAR 1 NAPLAN ALL DAY HERE AND IT'S AMAZING
